Refunds.

Professional Medical International Ltd (company number 17258974), registered in England and Wales, registered office Riverview House Appleford Road, Sutton Courtenay, Abingdon, England, OX14 4NR, operates the diploma programmes offered at pmdiplomas.com. In this policy, PMI, we and our refer to Professional Medical International Ltd.

This policy explains your right to cancel an enrolment and how we handle refunds. If you have any questions, contact us at info@pmdiplomas.com.

1. Your statutory rights as a consumer

If you are a consumer (an individual enrolling for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), you have a legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You may cancel within 14 days of the day after you complete your enrolment. Because access to a programme begins only when its cohort starts, if you cancel within this 14 day period and before your cohort has started, you are entitled to a full refund of the fee you paid, with no administration fee deducted.

To cancel within this period, email info@pmdiplomas.com with your name and enrolment details before the 14 days expire. We will refund you within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method you used to enrol.

Nothing in the rest of this policy affects these statutory rights.

2. Our standard cancellation terms

The following terms apply to cancellations made after the statutory period above has ended, and to enrolments that are not covered by consumer cancellation rights (for example enrolments made in the course of a business or paid for by an employer or sponsor).

  • Cancellations more than 30 days before the cohort start date: we refund the fee paid, less a GBP 150 administration fee.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the cohort start date: no refund is available.

The administration fee reflects the cost of processing and the place held in a limited cohort.

3. Payment

Payment is taken in full at enrolment. If payment in full is a barrier, contact us at info@pmdiplomas.com.

4. Free places

No fee is paid for a free place, so there is nothing to refund and no administration fee applies if you withdraw.

5. If we cancel or reschedule a cohort

If we cancel a cohort, you will receive a full refund of the fee you paid. If we reschedule a cohort to new dates that do not suit you, you may choose between a full refund and a transfer to a future cohort.

6. Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may ask us to transfer your place to a future cohort instead of cancelling. Transfers are at our discretion and a place in a future cohort is subject to availability. We may apply an administration fee to a transfer.

7. Non attendance and non completion

If you enrol but do not attend, do not log in, or do not complete a programme, no refund is due, except where you have exercised a statutory or contractual cancellation right set out above.

8. How refunds are made

Refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, normally within 14 days of the refund being agreed.
